Heat Exchanger Design Detailing Services
CAD Outsourcing Services deliver complete 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing heat exchanger. We can design the heat exchangers of different rating and size along with detailed BOMs list. Our Mechanical Design of Heat Exchanger also shows the connecting diagrams for efficient installation and assembly. We are an engineering firm hugely experienced with the face up to of getting all investors on a recognisable sheet. Our originality and technological aids help all concerned to recognise the range and worth of every engineering project.
We are leading company offering reliable and detailed Heat Exchanger Design Services around the world.
Our Heat Exchanger Designs include :
- Calculation and structural analysis of heat exchangers at operational conditions
- 3D modeling of heat exchanger for better visualization
- Design and rating with detailed and accurate engineering 2D CAD drawings
- Approval of designs for thermal heat exchange efficiency checks
- CFD study for heat flow by conduction, radiation and convection
A heat exchanger is a piece of equipment designed to competently transfer or "exchange" heat from one matter to another. The fluid like water or oil is used to exchange the heat. In some cases, a solid wall may divide the fluids and avert them from mixing. In other designs, the fluids may be in straight contact with each other. In the well-organised heat exchangers, the outside area of the wall between the fluids is maximised while at the same time minimising the fluid flow resistance. However, heat exchangers are also used in cooling applications, such as refrigerators and air conditioners.
We design heat exchangers for
- Industrial Equipment,
- Commercial Equipment
- Marine Equipment
- Power Plants
- Process Industry
- Oil and Gas Industry
- Cold Storage
We design and detail every part of a Heat Exchanger including plates, nozzles, frames, piping diagrams, evaporators and radiators etc. We use copper, steel or any alloy to model heat exchanger as specified by the client.
We design different kinds of the heat exchanger. They are:
- Plate Heat Exchangers: Plate exchangers consist of a series of alloy plates held together by a border. The frame can be opened to add or mend the plates. One liquid flows from end to end exchange plates and the other liquid flows the conflicting direction through the opposite plates.
- Spiral Heat Exchangers: Spiral exchanger are finished from a duo of plates rolled to offer two relatively long rectangular passages for fluid in countercurrent flow. The Spiral Design is compact.
- Shell and Tube: Shell and tube are also known as condenser depending on the services. This kind of heat exchanger is outside the shell with core tubes that run the coldness end to end of the shell. There are covers on each end called heads and these can come in more than a few configurations. The essential principle of operation is that one fluid flows through the tube and the other fluid flows around the tubes. The fluid within the tubes can flow in a single pass or multiple passes using baffles in the heads.
- Graphite Exchangers: Graphite block exchangers are made from a solid block of graphite. In Graphite Exchangers holes drilled at right angles. The solid blocks are either cub-shaped or cylindrical. The blocks are typically piled with gaskets in-between to product more square foot surface area.
- Fin Fan heat exchanger or Air Fin Exchangers: Air fin exchanger has radial fins on the outer surface of the tubes to increase the heat transfer surface area. Tubes are connected in horizontal lines, and multiple fans blow air across the outside of the tubes for cooling the system fluid within the tubes.
- Compo Block: This new type of heat exchanger in which plates are welded together. The plates are installed in a cube-shaped shell. This type offers a compact design, ability to use high alloys, and closed environment to prevent leaks.
- Regenerative Heat Exchangers: In a regenerative heat exchanger, the similar fluid is passed in both sides of the exchanger, which can be either a Plate Heat Exchanger, U tube heat exchanger or shell and tube heat exchanger. A huge amount of energy is saved in a regenerative heat exchanger because the process is cyclical. Almost all relative heat is transferred from the exiting fluid to the incoming fluid.
- Adiabatic Wheel Heat Exchangers: In this kind of heat exchanger, a midway fluid is used to store heat, which is then transferred to the conflicting side of the exchanger unit. An adiabatic wheel has a large wheel with threads that rotate through the fluids both hot and cold to transfer heat.
